A spooky theme?! But it's not even October!
Yesterday was a "scrap 4 ideas before landing on something" kind of day. Well, mostly. I don't think my initial ideas are going to be scrapped, just saved for another day.
After struggling with things for a while, I just grabbed my midi guitar and rolled with whatever popped out, not worrying about key or structure. And naturally when you do that kind of thing, you get some pretty tense/atmospheric music.
It's weird. Under the hood, this is such a simple song, but it really carries a lot of weight in the mood/feels. Hope you are able to find a home for it in your projects!

Oh dude...yes!! I'm going to pretend like that was the original inspiration, but honestly I love LoD so there was bound to be some subconscious influence there!
