The Silent Hill 2 remake just dropped, and while I haven't picked it up yet, I did have to make some SH inspired tracks for you guys this Spook-tober.
In case you didn't know, Silent Hill 2 is one of my fav games ever...def my favorite horror game. I could gush over the music's atmosphere for days.
I stumbled on the opening organ sound and found a cool progression to lay it over, then the process just became "what kind of dissonance do I add over this part?" I love when that happens lol.
I've done a bit of Resident Evil inspired music in the past, so maybe this year the "theme" will be around SH?? Hmmm, idk time will tell.
