But from there they can develop it in three ways: -Natural talent (How most royals and nobles do it) -Hard work (How most commoners and peasants have to do it) -Intense emotions (Like how Noelle got the exact protection spell she needed when faced with ice dude)

Literally everyone else can use Magic to varying degrees, altho since Asta has Anti-Magic, he can be considered more OP than people who have so shitty Magic that they can't realistically do much at all w/ it, as to be practically the same as a manaless person
