Yamaguchis T-shirt says "Asics". In Japanese foot is "ashi (asi)" hence the foot image. Asics is a well known Japanese sports goods brand. I guess Asics is a standard brand to wear in Japanese volleyball.

There are Setters (Kageyama, Kenma), Middleblockers (Hinata, Tsuki), WIng Spikers (Asahi, Tanaka), Libero (Noya) and another Wing Spiker who plays Opposite of the Setter, thats why the position is called Opposite (Daichi). "Ace" is just a title and in my Opinion Lev is not right and the Ace is not the one who scores the most points. The Ace is the player you trust to score if the recieve was bad and you can't make another decent play a lot of times the Opposite is actually the ace.

Thank you!

There can be multiple of each position on the court at the same time (except for libero). For the context of this anime there are 4 positions. Setter (you know this one) Middle Blocker (they act as decoys sometimes) Wing Spiker ( In the us we specify if the spiker is an Outside or Opposite but in the show they are called Left and Right.) Asahi is a Left hitter and in the show they tend to call Left hitter "Ace" The fourth position is Libero, they rotate with middle blockers in the back.

Hope I helped👍🏾

Setter, middle blocker, Outside hitter(or wing spiker in Haikyuu), Opposite( which is on the right of the setter), libero, and defensive specialist. And the difference between a libero and a defense specialist is the libero can’t play on any spot on the court
