As I explained before, Ryu is Level 4. When she faces Aiz, she was temporarily level 5 via Haruhime's Level Boost spell. She's still outclassed by Aiz's Level 6 status. And dude...... is a lot of content missing. This entire season (especially the last 4 episodes) covers only two volumes of the light novel. If they showed everything they possibly could, this season would be 18 episodes long at the very least. And if you do read the Light novel, you can safely go up to volume 11 without going further than the anime.

From that alone, She does have fondness/likes Bell a bit but like you said she prioritizes her hate for monsters over her feelings for Bell. There are also some other fun things that were in the LN but not in the anime but I'll save that for after you're next two episodes since they are entirely related with those two.

Funnily enough, Dian Cecht is in IRL mythology Miach's father, but they aren't related per se in-universe, even tho both are medical experts as their fields) This is also why I wish they'd had adapted the side-story volume, because it would explain why Lili is able to on surface level act like Finn, because she knows him relatively decently well, after a date when he proposed to her (in one of the side-stories)
