The anime doesn't show Aiz's feelings as well as the light novel. I wouldn't say its romantic, but she absolutely cares about Bell alot. She feels very protective of him, and feels happy when he's around. So this fight really broke her heart. In her head, she was begging him to stop, and hated him looking at her like she was wrong.
