Which is odd, since I remember really enjoying this fight scene when I first watched it. Hopefully that's a testament to how much the fight scenes improve since I didn't remember it being like this 😂

2021-04-27 03:34:46 +0000 UTCDidn't think of that before, but it kinda makes sense that the first part of the fight looks so odd is done on purpose cause Asta was not fully conscious. Generally I think they took a lot of risks and chances with this whole fight's animation with how different it looked. I'd almost guess it's the first time they used CG this heavily and it ended up being a bit hit and miss. The CG camera work is here to stay though and they're consistently getting better at it. You can safely look forward to all the big fights in the future ^^
