I'd rather my backing tracks not be used for Spotify/iTunes distribution, but YouTube is totally fine! If people want to reach out to me to adjust a backing track/instrumental for Spotify distribution, I can work something out. This usually means slightly changing my own cover to be an alternative version (paid work).
