Hello everyone,

I've got a new Patreon reward for you: If you'd like to have your name added to the credits of the book, I'm making that an option for anyone who has a lifetime contribution of $10 or more to the Patreon. Simply fill out this form to be added to the list: https://forms.gle/Sn9E58xbCQYxuD597

Note that this is an opt-in system. If you don't fill out the form, your name will not be displayed. The reason for this is that I don't want to assume people who join the Patreon want their name in the credits, and some people will prefer their name to be different than what is on their Patreon account. The book does contain some sensitive topics, particularly in some areas of the world, so I encourage everyone to consider your privacy & safety before opting-in, and if you do opt-in, enter a name that you are comfortable being publicly associated with this book.

Edit for clarity: Feel free to fill out the form even if you haven't yet hit $10, I plan to check that when I actually go to generate the list, so you have time. Also don't worry too much about it if your currency doesn't really work out to exactly $10 after 2 months. I plan to "close enough" anyone with a non-USD currency that's clearly been subscribed for a while.
