Planar Maps: Portals

Quite a few portals though...
After the vote decided that planes would be the next series I thought I should make some portals to go with them, afterall you always need a way to get to the planes!
Oh! I'm going to change the series name to Planar instead of planes, just because it was a little confusing. :)

2017-09-05 01:22:56 +0000 UTC.zip archives, in general, are just really nice, that's how most of the cartographers I back on here bundle their releases. Just a folder with the name of the map, inside are all of the variations, sometimes they do gridded/gridless in two separate folders within the .zip
