Rustic Furniture Assets (Complete)

Today is the double release of the free and complete version of the rustic furniture assets! This is the free pack for the set and within you can find tables chairs, beds, food, mats and pelts to decorate a rustic fantasy house!
I do find it funny that it’s taken me this long to make this pack, after all, it’s kind of the standard kind of assets you need when making fantasy battle maps..
My excuse is they are extra good now I’ve had practice on lots of other packs ;)
There are over 370 assets in the pack (Some of them are very small… but still) which is a pretty massive pack overall and possibly the biggest pack I’ve made to-date! One of the reasons for this larger number is that the wood has a darker and lighter colour, just to increase that variety and give you more options when constructing fantasy battle maps :)
As is tradition, in the downloads along with this post just below are shadowed and no-shadowed versions of the assets!
Oh and I’m also working on a Rustic Furniture pack 2 that will be coming soon that contains a few assets I missed but will primarilly contain assets that have been put together from the assets in this pack, like the table and chairs set with some food you can see below! Let me know if you can think of anything missing and Ill add it to the next pack release!

I love this, and now need to update some of my old tavern, cafe, and home maps. I would suggest a lit and smoldering variant of the braziers and fireplaces as a good addition in part two. Perhaps even a cracked fireplace or knocked over brazier? I also think that trophies would be good for a hunters lodge type of building. Great job on these keep up the wonderful work!

2021-09-03 21:09:40 +0000 UTCI love this set. I've been trying to use these here and there to add a lot of nice color to my Fantasy Grounds maps used for my VTT games. One of the things I can never find when I'm looking is assets that are just a little bit isometric. I found that if I give the entire map a slight 8-degree tilt and slightly stretching some assets to make the left and top walls it looks fantastic and still lines up for the movement grids. The problem I never can find a lot of slightly isomorphic stuff like bookshelves, wardrobes, credenzas, armoires, etc. I would also love some slightly isometric wall panels for a brick wall, rock wall, cave wall, stonework, maybe even go wild and do a set of wallpapers and wainscoting.

Like I love the little foods, and was thinking how this would work great on s farm map but not many make things like crops,hey, market things like the crates or chickens an eggs.
