Lately I’ve been very lazy, so lazy in fact, that I haven’t been eating when I should be. I think it’s because I can’t be assed cooking, and shopping. I’ve been getting take out nearly twice a day in the last two weeks, and despite this, I’ve watched the scale slightly tick back from the higher numbers I saw earlier in the month... But I think I’ll still have a gain compared to my last weigh in.
Does anyone have any suggestions for some super simple, fat gaining meals? I’m not looking for you to suggest eating a whole jar of peanut butter or down oil. I’m wanting something that is tasty, that I could possibly eat a high volume of, and hopefully see some results. Got any ideas?
Otherwise does anyone know where I can get a case of Boost in Australia? ...that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

Invest in a rice cooker if you don’t have one. Super cheap meals carb filled meals and you just push a button.
