How it all started

It all started with me not feeling good in my body (I was over 10kg heavier) and continually having back pain. I no longer had even a minute to myself, always ready to help others. I was certainly not satisfied and I wasn't doing a good job😎 and that's when I encountered yoga.... Love at first practice
Tutto è iniziato con me che non stavo bene nel mio corpo ( ero oltre 10 kg in più) e avevo continuamente mal di schiena. Non avevo più neanche un minuto per me sempre pronta ad aiutare gli altri. Non ero certo soddisfatta e non stavo facendo un buon lavoro😎 ed è allora che ho incontrato lo yoga….. Amore a prima pratica
