I have to say that for the first few minutes I did think it was Megan instead of Lia but I figured it out before you told us.

As I get more distance from it, I realize while it was must see tv for me at the time, it’s not likely to get a rewatch or make my all time favorites list. I think I would watch the 2 leads in anything and enjoy it! One thing you didn’t mention was Kim Jung Nan as Aunt Beomja. I loved her even though she was over the top!
