December 2021 - Wrap Up

The last year has been quite a challenge for many of us so lets hope that 2022 brings some improvement, especially concerning cultural life.
This Patreon will have its 2nd birthday in a few days. I wouldn't have imagined that the things that I share here interest so many people so I'm really thankful all your continuous support. There are a lot of people who have been a patron almost since the beginning.
A few weeks ago, I have received an email from Patreon about their future plans and they announced a few improvements which should be happening in 2022. The most important ones are that we will hopefully get rid of the unfair payment model that affects people who join quite late in the month and need to pay again on the next first of the month. The ideal model would be to have everybody pay at the same day of each month that they joined so I'm hopeful that this will come relatively soon.
Another improvement will concern the navigation of the posts. I currently handle this with a pinned post that has a table of contents which however doesn't show up as the first post for some people on mobile devices. So a better way to navigate the posts would be highly appreciated.
I'm currently still enjoying some days off in Switzerland but will be back home on January 4th and return to regular posting then.
Again, thanks for your support and for being here. I'll do my best to provide the best possible content also in 2022.
