FM22 "Increase-Realism"-Megapack JUNE-Update Early-Access (27.05.22)

Hello, everyone!

I am very happy to finally present you  my Early-Accessversion for the June update.
For BETA- Users:
I have made several improvements after the evaluation of my test-save. Its a lot of «polishing» but If you are enjoying your current save, go ahead:)

A total of 12 files have been updated. The most important changes summarized:

1. Barcelona's finances aren't going through the roof anymore (€800m+ special case due to IRL wage cuts). I've subtly adjusted the changes so you don't really notice how it's put together but it's still understandable in the end ;)

2. I researched and added thousands of new data for clubs. The focus was on the construction date of stadiums, as these are visible in the game and a "-" gets on my nerves;)

3. DaveTheEditor's youth academies were too weak by default, so too few good talents were generated there. This is now fixed ;)

4. "Natural Fitness Adjustments" replaces "Player attribute adjustments". I have now (probably) mastered the balancing act;)

5. Mbappé's contract is now shown as best as possible. Important: It is NOT POSSIBLE to map the contract 1:1, not even close. With a few tricks I edited it so that the total over the 4 years (2021-2025) comes relatively close to reality.
The calculation is as follows:
2021/22: €33m
2022/23: €50m
2023/24: €75m
2024/25: €113m

So his salary in 2022/23 is in line with the current sources. The further increase of €25m in 23/24+ the increase in his final season 24/25 should represent the signing-fee of well over €100m. This in total should represent the whole financial package of this deal. (ca. €350m + Bonusses of like €100m)

Does this deal break PSG's finances?
Unfortunately not.

6. My masterpiece for the June update: Not only should the age problems in the national teams and in clubs is over, I have checked and adjusted the player development for all nations. That was well over 50k adjustments. The result:Player development issue in FM22? Fixed it ;)

About that ALHA-Save-Game:
Keep in mind that it's an ALPHA, there have been a lot of improvements made since then, but it should give you an idea of what I've changed:

The European Championship has just started, so you can check the age-structure pretty easy.

There are some nations that are significantly too young (especially around the year 2024). There are 2 main reasons for this:

1. The nation is very small and has few or no players in the database. In this case, the additional players generated at the start of the game are often close to the national team. However, overall it is at a realistic level.

2. 2-3 nations have a very "special" CA distribution. In Honduras (based in Honduras) 29/30 of the best players are over 30 years old, some even in their 40s. As a result, many of these players, who are often national team players as well, are quickly retiring and very young players are coming up. However, this levels off as the game progresses.

Barcelonas finances have now reached their peak and will decrease the following years (They benefited of the temporarly wage-reduction of Barca-Players which had a negative impact on the default game (They are way too rich). There is so much more to discover!

As always, all files are included in the link (new also the alternative awards version if you play with the Caribbean files, which I have in my "List of Files I recommend to increase realism in FM22).

There is also a "German" folder included. This only applies to users who are playing the game in german. Falls dies zutrifft, ersetze die beiden files "Geographics & Languages" + "Realistic Injuries" mit den beiden Files im "German"-Ordner. Dann sind sowohl die Sprachen als auch die Verletzungen auf Deutsch und nicht auf Englisch.

This month has been tough but I'm glad it's behind me :)
