FM22 "Increase-Realism"-Megapack FINAL VERSION OCTOBER BETA(16.09.22)

Hello everyone!

Now the time has come. The final update for FM22 is ready! Due to the release of FM23 on November 8th and the usual 2 weeks open beta access, the October update will be the last one for FM22. However, it will continue seamlessly with FM23 in November ;)

For ALPHA Users:

I'm sorry! I said that I don't plan any more changes, but by chance I finally found a solution to a problem that I didn't want to keep from you! This applies to the new files for Italy, Spain, Belgium (Included in the TV-file) and France. This also means that I'll start a new longterm-simulation with the definitive changes. (hopefully). This will be uploaded as soon as it reaches at least 2032

I dared to tackle a few more difficult topics and "polished up" a lot of things again.

MAIN FEATURES:

China, South Korea and Japan have been completely reworked:

They are all are tricky issues for different reasons. In China, the sugar daddies/sponsors are hardcoded (probably for licensing reasons). There the clubs are still getting too rich. I have now fixed this with a trick;)

In Japan, the problems are even more complicated. Due to the missing players and licences in general, they had to be added by user files. However, it is very difficult to get the strength of the players and the correct reputation right and this also led to clubs becoming too rich and it is not possible to get a grip on it with the "normal" edits. I have now also been able to solve this problem.

In South Korea, the finances seemed way too stable all the time. Then I saw that the owners covers €10m+ of loss every season. It seemed strange to me, so I have adjusted this one also.

TV money Belgian League:

It bugs me that I am only now noticing this problem.... The TV money is set far too low. Some of the clubs are missing more than €10m per year! I didn't notice until now that the Belgian league per se was financially stable enough and therefore slipped through my control mechanism.  This problem has now also been solved.

Finances Oceania:

I will also release my final version of "List of files I recommend" later today. The main focus was to have Oceania completely in the game. Until now this was only partially the case, as not all files from RobblesQuin worked. I have now found alternatives and thus every official nation is actually playable without crashes! In Oceania I had to lower the finances slightly in many nations, because the clubs became too rich.

LEAGUE FIXES Belgium, Italy, Spain, France:
In these nations, especially in the lower leagues (level 3 or lower), there are many board changes, comically high sponsorship revenues as well as new stadium construction. This made it enormously difficult for me to present the finances accurately at this level. Until today, I didn't know why the AI behaved so strangely. Now I know...The stadium requirements for the league are often not met....In real life, this also happens often, but "pragmatic" solutions are always found. However, this does not work in the FM. To solve this problem, I have changed the regulations for league level 3. This stabilises the finances considerably. Through this change, I was able to drastically reduce sponsorship income, which is also more in line with reality. The lower leagues of the biggest nations are now much more realistic! It bugs me that I could only solve the bug now, but better late than never;)

Other adjustments:

I have improved many smaller things, especially the financial behaviour and the youth ratings have been slightly adjusted (to improve the transfer behaviour).
