FM23 "Increase-Realism"-Megapack JANUARY BETA (23.12.22)

Hello, everyone! It's already time for the next BETA!
For ALPHA-Users:
There is only a small fix for transfer preferences/league reputations compared to the ALPHA. Worth a new save-game? Nope:D

There are many changes/improvements as well as new files!

What do the changes do?

The focus for the January update is primarily on 4 things:

1.All major bugs in the financial area of ​​all vanilla nations should be fixed. This resulted in the "Taxes fix" file, which adds missing/insufficient taxes in Germany and China. Some of these correspond to a mix, since the tax rates can vary depending on the federal state (Germany). In China, the corporate tax was incorrectly filed, which at least partly explains the excessively high account balances. The finances in DaveTheEditor's nations have also been adjusted where necessary.

2. Improved reputation behavior/player development both in vanilla nations and in the nations of DaveTheEditor's ATG version 1. Here the focus was again on improvements for the top nations England, France, Italy and Spain. They are still a bit tricky to balance.

3. Club transfer preferences are back! This year they work a bit different as in previous years, so it took me a bit longer to create the file. (For ALPHA-Users: This file was already in the ALPHA but I forgot to mention it in the post)
In total there are 39 Clubs edited from 31 Nations. This means that the DNA of those Clubs are represented more realistic. Clubs which have long tradition of signing U21 players will continue to do so aswell as following a specific transfer strategy for players from a specific nation.

4. In Belgium, France, Italy and Spain there are buggy league rules which will cause issues with Clubs from league 2 or 3 are likely to massively struggle financially. The reason for this is that stadium requirements are not met and the game can't find a proper solution how the Clubs should deal with it. As a consequence, a lot of clubs will move stadium or even build a new one without any logic. To me, this is a game-breaking bug. To solve that issue I have slightly adjusted or deleted that specific rule. (For ALPHA-Users: This file was already in the ALPHA but I forgot to mention it in the post)

Miscellaneous:

1. China has been giving me headache for 2 years now. the league rules create a financial mess. I've tried to adapt it as much as possible without changing real rules too much. It helped a bit, but I wasn't satisfied. So I decided to delete all complicated financial rules. Football Manager simply cannot deal with it correctly.
2. All other files contain minor adjustments which I don't all have in mind :D

That would be all I think^^

Further changes for this month are unlikely unless there is a bug feedback from your side. The db-setups aswell as my "List of files I recommend" is also updated so everything is ready for some relaxing pre-christmas gaming (or any other celebrations, depending on your religion) :D

I'll spend the next few days mainly with evaluations of save-games + think about future improvements :)

HOW TO INSTALL "Increase Realism Megapack" in FM23

Remove all old files first. The download-link contains all files, no matter if there where changes or not.

Place all files (not the folder) in "Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/editor data".

NEW SAVEGAME IS REQUIRED!
