Hello everyone!

I am happy to present you my September update!

Some of you probably feel the same way as I do. How many leagues can my system handle? How many players? You often have to compromise because the hardware reaches its limit (or your patience :D).

This update is intended to minimise this circumstance:

MAIN IMPROVEMENTS

1. All in all, optimisations in 66 nations (Thanks to DaveTheEditor who game me the permission to improve some of his files too!) as well as four separate files (performance mod club/players, U17 WC, OFC CL)  ensure that you will get through day-to-day simulation up to 20% faster with the EXACT same league selection. The average speed advantage in my tests was 12%, depending on the setup. The biggest advantage was 21%. The smallest benefit was still an impressive 10% - that's over one ingame month per year! It is impossible to predict how high the benefit will be in your own system. But it is definitely noticeable;) You will also notice a player count drop of about 10% for all setups. This is intended, Don’t worry, you won’t miss those players. They are all irrellevant for all setups.

Hopefully this will help you to make the right decision if you ever have to decide between a bigger or smaller setup (more is always better :P)

OTHER FIXES

1. There was an issue with the U17 World Cup file by DaveTheEditor that some nations didn’t took part at all. This was fixed by DaveTheEditor and is now included in my update

2. Small improvements for OFC Champions League

3. More realistic academies, especially in african nations. This means that their strenght has been mainly improved and very weak academies has been removed to lower the amount of newgens created in that nation

4. League schedule fix in Turkmenistan

Compatibility with my "List of files I recommend for FM23":

Basically the files are compatible. However, there are a few exceptions with the updated leagues (promoted/relegated) from sortitoutsi. Some nations are then displayed with a red "!"

If this happens, you can deactivate my league file (benefit of a single file is quite small).

If the red "!" should still be there (I think Belgium is such a case) it gets complicated. Then it's due to the "Performance Mod Clubs" file. It is then up to you to decide what is more important to you.

The "Performance mod players" file is compatible with all files.

Plans until Early Access:

None, unless there are issues reported.


HOW TO INSTALL:
For a better overview I’ve put all performance files in a separate folder aswell as the league optimizations of DaveTheEditor.
You need to drag & drop them into the «editor data» folder to be able to select them. Previous files of the edited leagues by DaveTheEditor can be overwritten or deleted.
