Piggy-backing off the bread-baking & the meditation ideas, what about a mini-meditation centered on the kneading phase of making bread? 5-10 minutes would be a good length, and kneading dough can be a very meditative thing to do already: it engages sight, smell, touch; it's got gentle, rhythmic movements; and paying attention to what the dough is doing & how it's changing can be a great way to keep oneself in the moment. Just an idea.

Having recorded a chunk of Cú Chulainn's tales, give us some Fionn MacCumhaill stories? 5. Sean nos (sp?), but with modern music (which I think you've said is a thing you do anyway, yeah?) Here's a more autumnal scene that I suspect you could paint to sweet and devastatingly sexy effect: Could Gael find his stór a wild apple tree with some sweet, crisp, late-ripening apples in some secluded spot of woods? He could bring her there with a blanket and a thermos of tea to pick apples. She scrambles up the tree ahead of him in her dress (or skirt) -- and of course she knows what the resulting glimpses do to him; why else would she wear a skirt to go apple-picking? ;-) Hmm... is peanut butter with apples a common snack in Ireland like it is in some parts of the U.S.? If so, Gael's cailín could end up licking peanut butter off his fingers for him; we all know how he likes to run his fingers through her hair, after all, and peanut butter hair is nobody's friend. They pick apples, they eat, they make love on the blanket... and perhaps she pulls him into a drift of fallen leaves for round 2 on the walk home, if the sound effects on that wouldn't be prohibitive. (I know, 2 ideas in a row and you are, as you say, only one man! No rush, though, and no pressure -- use them or don't, as you like, when & if they suit your fancy.)

More of a springtime than a fall piece, I suppose, but Raquel's fantasy sparked this idea: Gael's girl invites him to garden with her of a fine, warm day, and he's happy to spend an afternoon together doing something she loves (plus, there's plenty of scope for cheeky comments and corny jokes, especially if she's planting, say, cucumbers or melons)... but the sun is shining on her hair, the way she moves is so graceful but so purposeful, everything smells like fresh earth and life in that sort of primal way that stirs the blood... and then she's bent over in front of him, planting something, and all he wants to do is take her, right there in the garden. (Of course she's into it as well!)

I thought I'd share a funny experience I just had. Today we had a "cold front" (78°F/25.6°C) with lots of rain. I got soaked when I left work so decided to take a hot shower when I got home. I started sneezing like 6 times in a row for some reason and then I hear a guy say "Bless You!"

I usually watch a movie with some tea (and the occasional chocolate 🙈), or take a relaxing shower with some amazing smelling shower creme...
