My idea is based on how crazy the holidays can be, how little time we have. That usually results in neglecting ourselves. New years is sort of the last of all that for a while. Plans to go out and celebrate, preparing for the night. Getting ready, making everything perfect, dressed up, paying attention to every detail. Finally having some time to spend together, and things heat up. Maybe they can barely contain their desire for each other as they are out with friends, maybe they are so consumed by it they don't even make it out of the house. Just taking time with each other, slow, sensual but extremely hot. That's what I think this new years needs. For fans of meditation, there is a need for a slow down, self care, new beginnings type of audio, and I am so moved by the sensual soothing sound of you speaking Gaelic, literally causes shivers, I know I'm not alone there. So here's a wintery one based on the real events (the school run was an adventure this morning!) We had to abandon our car in the village because our cottage is up a country lane that is covered in sheet ice. I was slipping and sliding all over the place trying not to fall over. I wasn't succesful and have some cracking bruises on my bum, and have pulled all manner of muscles from the hilarious shapes I was throwing trying to avoid the inevitable. Now that we're finally home (and you've finished laughing at my antics - well I am hella cute when I'm flailing on the ice!) I need you to make my aches and bruises go away with some extra special TLC.

I have an extremely stressful, upcoming exam of which I will be spending the bulk of my holidays studying for. I would love an audio that blends meditative (deep breathing exercises) with some affirmative, inspirational/motivational talk. The underlying themes being that: (1) I shouldn’t quit and can’t quit, because I’ve come to far to do so, (2) that there isn’t anything on this exam that I can’t master and (3) that I will ultimately come out of this exam, a champion. ~~Mimi~~

Adding a New Years idea! ☝🏻🤓💡 I'd love to hear an audio where you're just a darn good friend, having fun with the listener. Could be the simplest of things, a somewhat ramble, even. Or just you being as loopy as you are when you're tired, which maybe you might be if you're staying up for midnight anyway! Haha. Just some kind of silliness and fun to lighten the heaviness I'll often feel during NYE, and I'm sure I wouldn't be alone in that. To get rid of those pesky disappointments of things desired over the year just gone that were not achieved, to instead embrace the simple joy of just being alive, here and now. A time together that feels outside of time. It could be romantic too, a New Years kiss or a confession of sorts to tie in similar ideas others have along those lines? But with a general overtone of warm, feel-good, old-friend kind of banter because dang I miss the old sleepover-esque laziness of those kind of nights, sprawled out on the carpet together, random pointless pokes or shoves, half rolling/half crawling across the floor to reach the snacks you want because walking is officially finished with for the year, giving an unfiltered voice to every thought in your head, etc. Really just a night to finally unwind at the end of this year where you can laugh at it all and let everything go that no longer serves you. But with a friend. 🤷🏼‍♀️😊

Just Throwing out some ideas that I hope everyone can enjoy, but will also work in the winter season (even if you despise the cold aka ME). Frist idea - Poker with a twist, late one night the power goes out so you decide to light some candles and play some games, but when both poker players are naughty whos the winner. Second idea - After a week-long visit with the family playing footsie under the table becomes a dangerous game, but when you are finally alone you have to keep the noise down, you wouldn't want the parents to know what a naughty girl your are. ;-) Last Idea - WEREWOLVES!!!! - Car brakes down in the snow, on a full moon, hopefully, someone or thing comes to keep you warm!

Coming up with an idea for a New Year's themed audio got me to thinking about various New Year's Eve parties that I have attended. As a single girl, New Year's parties can be awkward come midnight, when almost everybody has someone to kiss, and you're there, being given kisses on the cheek from your friends' boyfriends and husbands long after 12:00 has passed and they've already kissed their significant others. I imagine it feels much the same for single men. I read a quote from a writer that stated, "Eventually soulmates meet, for they have the same hiding place." So, for a New Year's audio idea, I was thinking, what if the single girl in this story decided to brave the cold and duck out from the party for a bit before the ball drops to spare herself that discomfort, and you, a single guy at the party, had the same idea. You think you're sneaking off somewhere quiet to maybe look up at the stars, when you spot her there, doing the same thing. You share hellos and have a few laughs about the pressure that's put on needing to kiss somebody, anybody, at the stroke of 12. You pause and sweetly suggest that the two of you kiss, for luck for the upcoming year. She says yes. You can hear the crowd inside loudly begin to count down the last minute of the year in the background. 3,2,1. Kiss, kiss.😚 Sparks fly between the two of you and fireworks go off in the distance. I would love to hear a meditation/motivational audio that says something about appreciating the good and the bad of the past (either the past in general or the past year), being grateful for and/or taking advantage of the present, and... something about the future. 😂 I guess it could be thinking about future goals or having an open mind about what the future will bring... or reflecting on how one might remember to apply the lessons learned from the past to mold your future... And to remind the listener that their life is theirs, and they have the right and obligation to live their life how they want to, other people's opinions be damned! She admits that she isn't feeling the spirit this year, and decided not to do anything. You ask her why not, and she gives some sort of reason (perhaps that she spends the holidays alone, or had a breakup earlier in the year). So, you tell her all of the reasons she should be in the Christmas spirit: the snow, the Christmas carols... The mistletoe kisses. When she blushes and turns away, you ask if she's ever been kissed under the mistletoe. She says she's been kissed, but never under the mistletoe, and you decide to show her what it would be like, perhaps running outside to grab a sprig off a bush or something silly to use as makeshift mistletoe, and then pulling her into a kiss. From there, things can either get a little steamier, or you could end it with a work safe ending, but either way, end the audio by suggesting that she suddenly feels in the Christmas spirit. (Honestly, I'm not picky about NSFW or Work Safe endings; they both tickle me to death hearing them. <3 <3 <3 )

This is a cool idea, Gael! I've been thinking about it for a bit. That being said, with this year set to be one of my (personally) loneliest holiday seasons- I'm going to admit that my request is a tad sappy so feel free to laugh at me, goodness knows I do.
