I used this on my sleep playlist for the first time last night, and I wanted to report: Sound asleep before the humming was over. Though I tend to wake up several times during the night and woke up once during the harp and had no idea what was going on. Being fair to that, I sometimes do the same thing with the old spoken-word audios I'm using, anyway. Depressed, anxious insomniac approved. 👍

Gaelic Lullaby is a good title choice, since most of the audio is in Gaelic and the purpose is to help the listener relax/sleep. Nice editing in post with the music section. It’s not too loud and the transition into it was smooth. That’s important with this type of relaxation audio. I’m sure your listeners who speak Gaelic will appreciate it much more, since half the recording was unintelligible for the rest of us. Reminded me of inaudible whisper/soft spoken ASMR where the point is not what’s being said, but rather the overall tone and pacing of speech to induce relaxation. Interesting use of that technique in this context. Some binaural effects would have been nice with this, but I don’t think you were using the 3Dio to record - didn’t sound like it. Overall, good audio 👍

I had been off work and freed from the Black Friday chaos not too long ago, and I was exhausted and sleepy (overnight shift), but I couldn't relax. I even nodded off standing and walking around the store floor, doing whatever I could to stay awake, get my work done, and keep my eyes open, but when I finally had the chance to relax and sleep, I couldn't. I was sleepy, and tried to nap in my car, but I couldn't. I was tired, but I couldn't get myself to relax. And then I listened to this audio. I love your audios where the listener 'lays on your chest, let's go in your arms, and feels your embrace'. It's like you know I, or we, needed a hug, or at least let us know that you're there for us. Then you mentioned your heartbeat; I know it wasn't recorded in this piece, but I could "hear" it. And then you started humming. And then you sang. Just like in a few audios you did earlier this year, when you started humming and singing, I could feel you, or something, right there with me, hugging me. Like you were indirectly telling me 'you can breathe'. Then that beautiful music started playing. This is going to sound a little weird, but when that music came in, it was like I was dreaming with my eyes open, or like I was somewhere else and not in my messy bedroom. I was somewhere quiet. This is the first time I've felt 'relaxed' after working Black Friday. You've done the 'lay on my chest' thing, humming, and 'let go in my arms' thing before, and even had music, all of which I love, but there was something about this one that really did for me. It could've been the intimacy, your humming voice, or because this was something I needed to listen to, I don't know. But it helped. This was so sweet -- I can't wait to hear the finished copy. As for titles, I was leaning towards "In My Arms" or "In My Loving Arms" as it seemed to fit. But then I started thinking about "Sail On," my favorite comfort audio of yours. To me, these seemed almost a pair - while Sail On is the comforting pep talk, this one was the let me ease your mind and relax you (loved the humming, by the way ❤). So, I started thinking something more nautical -- "Drift Away." You mentioned the ides of waves of comfort, and this is not a sleep audio, so Drift Off wouldn't fit. The other thought is maybe put the title in Gaelic since this audio depends upon Gaelic so much. Whatever you choose, this audio is very lovely ❤

Yay, a new sleep audio for my playlist! (&gt;^_^)&gt; I'm hoping I won't get too "into" the music and be unable to use it for such. We'll see; I tend to do that, and it's why I have to have spoken word instead of using the myriad sleep-music arrangements I've been given over the years. But it'll be a fantastic relaxation audio even if I can't use it for sleep. I agree that "Rest Your Head" is a nice title, but figured I'd throw out a few suggestions of my own in case it inspires someone else: "Soothing You to Sleep" "Cuddles, Whispers, and Lullabies" "Sweet Dreams" (wouldn't be a bit surprised if this one's already taken, btw) "Drifting to Dreamland" I'm sure I could do better, but those are the first to come to mind.

It is such an loving, intimate embrace that evokes feelings of love, comfort, peace, and protection.<br><br>It makes all my stress melt away, is the only time I can truly relax, and quiets my busy brain. When I had the notification and saw that the girls were talking about it as a 'soothing audio' I immediately jumped in my comfiest PJs and took my earbuds. It has to be one of my favourite audios ever. When I listen to your relaxation audios, I realise that what I like the most about your voice is its texture. It gives me a warm and safe feeling. It is magnified in soft and soothing pieces like this one. Sometimes, during my relaxation time, I can't help but letting my thoughts suddenly break my peaceful state of mind but, your soft 'sshhhh' reminded me what was the good direction and chased my thoughts. This was beautiful! There were so many things you did that were soothing. The first "shhh" I did a tiny whimper. The image of laying in your arms and on your chest was masterful. I could feel each worry drift away on each word you uttered. Your kisses tinged every little stress with a ray of hope..."this too shall pass". Your humming... delicate and melodious.
