So we all know our Illustrious Mayor likes to spin a good yarn, which should, on occasion, be taken with a grain of salt (the male escort story comes to mind 😋), but I have confirmed the snapper/sniper story is true!... found the article that described the incident, which occurred at Derrynane Beach near Caherdaniel... it caused, apparently, quite the hub-bub!!... on another note... is it just me (maybe I'm projecting), but did Mr. G sound like he could really use a hug there toward the end?... he got all kinda serious, like, which is unusual for him... maybe I'm just looking for an excuse to virtually *squeeeeeeze* 'im 😋

Woke up at 6am, couldn't get back to sleep and my internet connection was finally stable enough to download it (they have been doing works on and off this week, very annoying). It was a great ramble! I love what you said about how dependent we are of our phone. I am really good at not using it when I am outside (except to take pictures), but sometimes I'll be with friends and they'll be on social media when I am right in front of them. I find that so annoying and I just want to grab their phone and shout: "I am standing right here! Talk to me!" lol Loved how you ended the ramble too by aknowledging the selfies and why you do what you do. You truly are a wonderful man. :)

Is anyone else having problems with Patreon, but only the desktop version? When I go on my computer it says the site is down for maintenance, but when I use the app all is good 🤨 it just means I can’t write as long a comment because I can only type on a phone for so long before I lose my mind!! 😤 But another great ramble, Gaely-boy! I loved the bit about being able to just get away from screens for a while. I’m admittedly one to stay glued to my phone (and I’m one of those peeps who can go online and watch TV at the same time!!), but a while ago I took a week off social media for my mental health. Deleted all the apps from my phone except Facebook messenger in case someone needed to reach me and didn’t have my number. And it was so nice!! I felt so much more relaxed and productive than usual, and though I can’t stay away from social media forever it’s so nice to just take a break once in a while. ❤️

The Facebook story: How good, I decided a long time ago to shut down my Facebook account. I always had a strange feeling about it. But not only with Facebook. All the social media platforms. I'm a little bit paranoid and very concerned about my privacy. Which is why I would never post too private stuff. The front camera of my phone is constantly covered and I’ve turned off the tracking services. You can't trust anyone these days. It’s sad but true. That leads us to the next point... 3. I particularly liked the stories of your niece and your nephew, firstly because I love children in general. I’m still a child at heart and that’s why I love spending my time with them🧒🏻♥️ And secondly because they are the most honest and clever human beings. Honesty is very important to me. We have a saying in Germany: „Kindermund tut Wahrheit kund!“ (lit. Children's Mouth Shows the Truth) 4. Omg... the bodybuilders with the perfect eyebrows🏋🏼‍♂️ I was laughing so hard🤣🤣🤣 There's nothing worse than men shaping their eyebrows... or shaving their legs, ew😬 I like real men🐺😍 5.
