I am currently on a tiny book hangover from my latest read (don't worry, nothing as tragic as the visual novel that I played that's left me with heartache that's not yet healed). And yeah, it might be inspiring me to write lizard-court fiction instead of working on my Camp NaNoWriMo project. &gt;_&gt; And now, this: <b>Survey says!</b> — Actually, I think my life's slogan would be the same as <i>Whose Line Is It Anyway?</i>: "Where everything's made up and the points don't matter!" Because it is. And they don't. <b>Florasona</b> — I think if I woke up as a flower, I would wake up as a lilac. As a bush, I'd be a little higher off the ground, so I can see everything. Also, I just really like their color. And the way they smell. <b>Haircut from hell</b> — This really wasn't anyone's fault, but having half my head shaved due to all the plastic surgery and reconstruction after I was kicked in the head by a horse as a child was not a good look, lol. I honestly don't know why they didn't shave my whole head. Such an odd choice. Maybe my mother pitched a fit at the thought of them cutting my long hair. It seems like the sort of thing she would do. <b>Word to the not-so wise</b> — Honestly, best piece of advice was probably "buy real estate" when I moved for grad school. I forget who first put the idea in my head—I don't think I came up with it on my own—but whoever that was, it was the <i>right call</i>. Dayum. <b>Personal secrets</b> — I honestly doubt most people know that I write as many sex scenes as I do. Because even what I've shown y'all is maybe half of what's knockin' around this pervy little noggin' of mine. Even I know it doesn't make sense—I don't want it for myself, and have no firsthand experience—but the closest I can figure is that I feel so sorry for all the hell I put my characters through that I try to make it up to them by giving them good sex. (Literally. One of them visited Hell once.
