Hurricane Irma Comfort Ramble

I hope this will bring you a smile and if not at least leave you with a bit of company.

I’ve just listened to this for the first time and of course Gael has an outrageous race story. I used to coach marathon runners and have done quite a few races myself, but now I’ll never look at Sport Beans the same way again. Florence is dumping rain on us in New England today. Hoping all of you in the Southeast are safe and dry.
