Oh my my!!! Where do I even begin??? I know this is quite an old audio, but having had the privilege of experiencing it only now, I couldn’t help but spell out my thoughts. While I don’t usually write more than a line or two (I’m quite shy at commenting), if you’re reading this, brace yourself for a looong comment this time. Firstly, the script - the writing was simply mind blowing! I’m an absolute sucker for captivating stories and this one had me hooked right from the first second. The flow and pacing were perfect, the introduction fluidly letting me into the actual story, the transition, smooth, before I could even realise it. Your rendition, per usual, was flawless 👌🏻 The emotions, the passion, the ache to make her yours - phew, just phenomenal, I must say, with your voice doing full justice to every word you enacted. I could feel every word you uttered. Every second of it was charming, sexy, poetic with an other-world charm to it (I’m not sure if I’m able to put into words what I actually felt about it, but this is the closest I can come to it) The way it ended - sad, yet sweet and apt, leaving me thinking about it long after I had unplugged my headphones. (I must’ve had a tear or two in my eyes when it ended, but we’ll blame it on something else, alright?) Last, though not the least, the background score was haunting and beautiful! Overall, a masterpiece, dear G! I listened to this last night. I should have heeded the warning and hit stop haha....as much as I like trees I've never wanted to be turned into one but I guess it's a better alternative to going mad and eventually dying of heartbreak. And maybe I got a little carried away with this one. I did some research about today about the Gancangah to find a weakness: - His spell on humans can be broken if they consume a tincture of liquorice, vanilla and rooibos (can be mixed in a drink). He can be chased off by the presence of strong human magic users showing that they are a viable threat. -And one way to protect yourself from this seductive creature. An amulet made from the twigs of a rowan and mistletoe, pinned together with an iron nail and bound with a blood soaked thread. It also made me think about my last two toxic relationships that I wasted time with because I ignored the signs that they were bad for me. I've been single for almost 4 years since then. On another note I do enjoy folklore and this was an intriging audio.

This was written and delivered beautifully, Gael :) For some odd reason, 15 minutes into the audio and I began tearing quite uncontrollably (probably due to the immense affection that G showcased). This was emotionally moving for me. Thank you for creating this, G. You're a true gem💕

But I thought about it and I really wanted to thank you for including a TW! I really really wanted to listen to this one because everybody was losing their minds haha . . . so I did. Because I know your stuff is never . . . shall we say non-consensual (I might be new here but I listened to your stuff back in the old literotica days). Now, I *know* that for most people this audio would not have required a warning. Before my disgusting-excuse-for-a-human-being-ex I was one of those people. Thank you for this lush, beautiful soundscape and story. The imagery and audio were so rich and deep that I swear I could feel the breeze, the sun and shadows, the crunch of leaves beneath me. I loved so much about this. The pace was perfect, the sound effects were extra tingly. I really enjoyed the different voice effects, especially the ones with a bit of reverb to make Gancanagh's voice boom. Certainly not the worst fate from a walk in the forest.

While this one was mild on the horror side for me (keeping in mind that I associate with horror writers, lol), I might not have done so well with the consent aspect otherwise. 2) Gah, this was just so pretty. The layers of music, voice, and environmental sounds made this feel rich and alive. (And as to the voice track itself? <i>Very</i> nicely done. All ASMR-tingly-like.) 3) The story is crafted such that even folks who didn't trot off to look up the lore ahead of time (I did, because I'm that person) aren't going to be—hem—"lost in the woods," so to speak. This is a lovely standalone piece whether you prefer the sexy side or the story side—but don't let my review fool you; this definitely still warrants the trigger warnings. This is not a romance. This is definitely horror. It's just not Jason Voorhees chasing you around with a machete. :V

I actually whimpered out loud and shivered at little at that part 😵💞😏 And I really liked the music at that part, also. Speaking of giving in, when you mentioned the forest used to be a barren field until those that came before me and that I'll join them, my literal first thought was... <i>"...The trees... They're the Lovelies...! They're US!!"</i> That probably wasn't the intention, but still, holy crap! I thought Gancanagh was going to kill us or something, but this was...my gosh, that ending was unsettling and sad!
