Frankly, "non-exclusive" is the key to me. They have the right to distribute it, but not to restrict where else you can put it. That's more generous than a lot of other operations would be. Seems legit to me.

I'm against censorship, and I know that there's people out there that works to create better visual porn, so I wouldn't oppose the two genres. Visual porn doesn't work for me.
