This is PERFECT. Perfect pocket-sized little audio with no funny stuff (not that I don’t enjoy funny stuff, but I can’t really listen at lunch and then focus the rest of the day when it’s funny stuff) that I can just take a quick step away and listen if I need to. The biggest struggle I have is remembering to breathe intentionally and it really does only take a few moments to feel so much better. I did not expect my thirties to be an entire decade that I would spend looking for instructions on breathing, but here we are. This is by far the most helpful sort of audio for me, and what brought me here originally. My chest stopped hurting for the first time in a while tonight. Grateful.

I really needed this. Thank you for your impeccable timing 💕 I had my first panic attack in several years this week... right in the middle of a job interview for a management position. I talked myself into believing I wouldn’t get the job for various reasons and ended up self sabotaging my opportunity and had to walk out apologising for wasting their time.

Because some of us, like me, live in a society where showing your weakness and feelings makes others uncomfortable and then you learn to hide it.... I remember in the sugar shout out-thread I said I'm not 100% okay, well I started crying after imagining the big warm hug while listening to this..So that's quite a clear sign I'm not completely okay.. Like MANY lovelies would say..... you always know the right time to post comfort audios! My life is currently at a total standstill right now after being terminated from my last job (I put my letter of resignation in 1 month in advanced because of health problem but they still weren't happy about it.... on the bright side, at least my health will be saved sooner hahah) much earlier than expected so am a bit lost with low motivation to get up and face the world again after that harsh treatment which was totally uncalled for. It's coming up to almost a month now.... hopefully I can get the strength to bounce back soon possible ! 🌹💖

But is there a watermark <i>underneath</i> that? There seem to be some white letters there, but I can’t tell what it spells out. I’ve noticed this on a few of the different graphics accompanying audios, always underneath "Irish accent" 🧐<br><br>(Apologies If this is a lame question! I guess I’ve always just had a tendency to zero in on details. If someone posts a bathroom selfie, I’m the sort of person who zooms in on the picture to see what sort of shampoo they use 😝)
