2020-03-29 16:20:38 +0000 UTCI avoid Twitter... but I have a mouthwatering vegan dish that even my 5year old loves. Brussel sprouts and washed unpeeled carrots. Cut the brussel sprouts in half’s, cut carrots in inch long pieces. Mix by hand with some olive oil, chopped garlic, ginger paste, onion powder, pink salt and cracked pepper (seasoning portions to your liking). Then in the oven 450°F/230°C for 45 min or till sprouts are tender. Depending on how much seasoning I put in I’ll come back and mix the contents around every 20 minutes or so. Enjoy!
