Aww, glad you're catching up on your R&R with your friends and family! I loved the 12 day event! You certainly gave us a little bit of everything, right down to the metaphorical partridge in a pear tree! And it was lots of fun to read everyone's ideas for each prompt & then hear how you blended them. Yule-Hanukkah-Christmas was busy but good, except for my Xmas-Eve migraine. We hosted one of my girlfriends' parents, who are lovely, and I made them my first ever proper bûches de Noël cakes, complete with meringue mushrooms! Now I'm house- & zoo-sitting for a coworker and her neighbor. Between them, I'm looking after: 20-ish tropical fish, 5 dogs, 4 gecko lizards, 2 cats, & a rabbit. It's still calmer than my house, haha! I do miss the sight of the waterfall across the valley from Uragh, the mist over Dunbeg, and the tiny purple ivy flowers on the stone walls outside Muckross House, though. Not to mention the sweet green water of Mama's well in County Clare! I left a ribbon on one of the trees there last year around this time. ❤ Can't wait to see what the new year brings!

The 12 Days of Christmas were so amazing! They definitely made dealing with the holiday madness a little less stressful. I just moved back to L.A. after living out of state for the last 5 years and it meant everything in the world to have my two toddlers spend time with my family this Christmas. ❤️

I had an interesting Christmas to say the least. We all decided to forego gifts this year. It kinda threw me for a loop at first, but it wasn't actually that bad. It made our time together about something other than gift giving. And I got to see my now 3 week old nephew, who is just the best Christmas present ever. 🖤🌙✨

I had a good Yule! (I don't do Christmas really, Wicca is more fun). My aunt got me a handmade book of shadows imported from Europe, so that was crazy! I got a lot of vinyls so that was really cool! I also had a really fun time celebrating with the family, and it was just so fun to see them all again! I'm really excited to see what you have in store for us all Gael! Thank you so much!
