This makes me think of a really yummy scalp massage. It's the bristles against my head and neck that feel nice. One thing I do to soothe myself is stroke my fingertips from my forehead to the crown of my head. My mom used to do that to me when I was little, and we did that to my nieces and nephews when they were babies, and then I did it for my mom when she was sick. It also helps with sleep.

As an archaeologist, I'd be extremely interested in hearing about Celtic mythology 💗🎀 I don't know so much about it.

Yes! "The whole thing being one thing". I'm new here and at first it was all about the audios. Then, it became so much more....the rambles....this community of lovely, supportive people lifting each other up. I have fallen asleep to this audio twice now and I can already tell it’s going to go into my sleep playlist, now that I know how to make those. 💞 For many months I’ve just been letting the youtube sleep playlist play all night on your channel and somehow I always wake in the middle of the night to some other audio artist I do NOT subscribe to, and it’s really annoying. Probably YT is trying to annoy me into paying for a subscription so I can have more control over my settings 😆 I echo what Vally said. We completely understand about mood often dictating art. If I get tired of sweet and comfort I go and download something raw and dirty because there are hundreds. And vice versa. And I love what you said, G, about “the whole thing being one thing.” That’s totally ... oof ... just YES. Side note: My ears perked up when you said Celtic mythology. I love mythology in general it and it’s mind blowing to me that this stuff was never taught alongside of Greek and Roman mythology and others, in school. The flood story, for one, just knocks my socks off! All of it has made me question why exactly I paid what I paid for a degree in literature and nary a course on Celtic mythology was ever offered. It’s 🤯

If I may add one last simple comment: I know there are some ideas/preferences/tastes or kinks that you have or maybe you would step out of your comfort zone for, but let me also tell that you as an artist can choose what to record and what not. You can set boundaries G. and you know that yourself. No one is going to blame you! We are your listeners and we may come up with 1000s of ideas....of course it’s impossible to grant everyone’s wish, but whenever you do just know that we endlessly respect you and if you don’t we still endlessly respect you. You’ve done enough for us! ♥️

I love getting my hair brushed when the person doing it isn’t my mum 😭 😂 Very pleasant. My favourite part of hairbrushing isn’t even my hair itself getting brushed but when the spikes touch my neck, shoulders/ shoulder blades. I could easily imagine/feel that listening to this audio.

The hair brushing was cute. Otherwise the audio boat seems firmly anchored at comfort pier. I can understand why, but perhaps there are other means of escapism from all the hardship that’s been going on for so many lately?
