You all helped so much when I needed prayers for E, you helped me grieve for him as well, hard to fill a space that some one has had in your life for 30 years, so you all have helped keep me sane with all the insanity that was thrown at us last year. I am not the same person I was when I joined 18 months ago, I am a better person, I am a healthier person, I'm a happier person, I am a better person. 2021-02-13 20:01:27 +0000 UTCIndeed, you speak the truth. A little story if youβll indulge me .... I just got off a zoom with some very special women. One of them just found out she has covid despite being extremely careful (likely from work, where her coworkers are not wearing masks when not at work π ) AND her 10yo son is undergoing chemo for a tumor in his chest (we are keeping our hopes up, it is contained). So much to cry about these days, and YET, we had some laughs. As soon as the zoom call ended, my phone blew up with the plans to do a meal rotation for our friend. And all of these other women work in health care, and have more than most humans can handle in their daily schedule. I feel very fortunate to know the women I do at this time in my life, both in real life and in the Lovely community. Namaste, frens π β€οΈ
