3. Character Interactions: Script Only (< 1 year)

Brief Overview:

The dialogue tree from previous versions of HTH will be returning. Most of this is code that needs to be written and/or implemented as well as more conversational dialogue written for the interactive characters. This does NOT include sound recording, this is preemptive for sound recording. Recordings are determined on actors’ availability. After this step is complete the characters stories and personality will be accessible so you can learn all the details about your favorite characters!

Extended Overview:

Character interaction will be updated in 3 ways: Talking, Dating, and Scheduling. This is entirely script and text based. There is no animation. They can be done in any order. Below is a brief overview of what those updates entail:

Dialog Overhaul the way the players talk to the NPC, and how the NPC responds.
Dating Area and Event based code that governs the process of dating: Interaction, chat, and options.
Scheduling NPC schedules that will move them around the various locations on the island and have them performing different tasks.
