As we continue to refine our pipeline, one of the biggest breakthroughs has come with addressing the limitations of our Gen3 models, especially when it comes to facial accuracy.

In Gen3, while the core anatomy and posing took a huge leap forward from earlier versions, faces often relied on stretching or warping to fit new angles and positions. The result? Subtle distortion that could pull characters slightly off-model, softening or skewing the expressions that define their personalities.

Enter Gen3.5.

Rather than bending existing features to fit a pose, Gen3.5 rebuilds faces at each angle, generating fresh, properly proportioned expressions that stay true to the original design. The difference is immediate: cleaner lines, more natural emotive range, and character fidelity that holds up even in dynamic or intimate scenes.

Gen3.5 doesn’t just pose a face—it draws it, ensuring our characters remain authentic from every perspective. This is the standard we’re pushing forward with, and it’s only getting sharper from here.
