idk if it's what you had in mind but i think this is a great portrayal of how anxiety affects people's relationships whether it's a friend, family member, or romantic interest, you constantly question what their motivations are and whether or not you're really worth their time. you ask yourself "do they like me for who i am or is there something else going on?" regardless of how rational it may be. idk i think it's a really cute and sweet comic either way π
