Do you ever feel any career-ending injuries or off-court problems of certain players were scripted to keep them from outshining players they wanted to maintain in a top spot? I think of Penny and his career, Grant Hill or even Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf. Like Penny in my opinion would have ended up outshining Magic. They compared him to Jordan but I wouldn't go that far, but he was that good, but the injuries shut him down.
