With the seizure of the throneworld of the Screk, comes the opportunity to restore this ecuminopolis and repurpose it to fit the needs of the Confederacy. For potential uses have been proposed. While the planet could potentially support all of them in a reduced capacity the most efficient use of the immense resources found here would be to devote them to a single task.
