Attention Institute Personnel!

By now, most of you should have received your Antares 1077th Regiment patch from our special offer last year, and any Templin Institute physical rewards tied to your tier level. (Assuming you joined before this month) What you still might not have are the Antares Confederacy pin, and the Campaign Ribbons, if for the latter you are at the $25+ tier or above and did not order them directly from the Patreon Exclusive Store.

As we've discussed in previous updates, we ran into a few issues while sending these out, and the ongoing Covid situation didn't help. I'm happy to say though, that it looks like these issues have been resolved and all outstanding rewards will be going out in the next few weeks. Thank you again for your understanding and patience. This is very much a new process for us and while it's never fun being part of a beta test when things go wrong, we've gotten much better at organizing these rewards behind the scenes. Hopefully things will be much smoother from here on out.

A reminder though that you are always welcome to contact us here on Patron if you have any questions about your rewards. This includes anyone who has changed their tier level, or cancelled their pledge entirely.
