Hey everyone!

So I've been working on something a bit different lately. I've been playing a lot of Age of Empires 4 recently, and playing the Knights Templar with their Pilgrims gave me the idea of sims being able to go on actual pilgrimages. The Sims 4 has always been kinda weak on the faith/spirituality side of things, and I wanted to address that whilst still being respectful.

This mod adds a whole pilgrimage system to the game. Your sims can now travel to 16+ different sacred sites around the world, everything from the Hajj to Mecca, walking the Camino de Santiago, visiting the Golden Temple in Amritsar, climbing Mount Kailash, going to Jerusalem, Varanasi, Bodh Gaya... you get the idea. I tried to cover as many different faiths and traditions as I could.
I do just need to say, my knowledge of these pilgrimages comes from google, so I may have gotten some things incorrect. If that is the case, please let me know so I can fix it.

How it works

First, your sim needs the new "Devout" trait.
Once they have that, you can click them and navigate to the 'Pilgrimages' pie menu and pick from a bunch of different destinations. Each pilgrimage is a rabbit hole - your sim disappears for 2-7 days depending on which one they choose, and they come back with moodlets based on where they went.

Each pilgrimage has its own unique buff.
If your sim completes the Hajj, they get a special "Hajji" trait.
If they do 10 different pilgrimages? They become a "Devoted Pilgrim."
The buffs are all themed to the specific journey, spiritual renewal, enlightenment, that sort of thing.

I also organized everything into categories so you can browse by religion - Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Jewish, Shinto, Sikh, plus some multi-faith sites.

Hopefully this adds a little more depth to your game and gives your spiritual sims a little extra to do, whether they live in 2025 or 1025.
