Re: the false feminism of itβ¦ I always thought Julia in M:I3 was like kind of a badass, realistic female character. Her being scared shitless but still doing her job at the end was always pretty inspiring. This is something that superhero movies need to understandβthe superhero can be a superhero, but we are moved when a regular human has to show the same courage with none of the training/power/experience. It works, like, *every* time.
