Patch 1.112.481 – Mods Tested and Fully Compatible
Added 2025-01-15 07:21:52 +0000 UTCThe Sims 4 patch 1.112.481, released yesterday, has been thoroughly tested with all of my mods, and I’m happy to report that everything appears to be working as expected!
I want to apologize for being slower than usual with this update. Real life has been a bit hectic lately—nothing serious, just regular life stuff like sick kids and other responsibilities. I’ve been burning the candle slightly at both ends, which resulted in me accidentally dozing off mid-work last night. After some much-needed rest, I tested everything again this morning and can confirm there are no issues with my mods.
If you encounter anything unusual that you suspect might be related to the patch, please report it on the Basemental Mods Discord Server, and we’ll look into it.
In other news, I’m back to focusing on my next release of Basemental Drugs and aiming to have it out very soon. Thank you for your patience, and I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season. Here’s to an amazing year ahead!

I've had all your mods for a long time and everything worked great, but yesterday I wanted to update basemental drugs and gambling (it stopped workind a few days ago, I couldn't play any games in my casino), so I deleted all the mods and downloaded all of them once again. Unfortunately BE (better exceptions mod) reported that basemental gangs mod is broken and should be updated or removed.

2025-01-24 20:47:39 +0000 UTCI'd recommend going to the Discord server and asking for help there. But a few steps I'd take is to make sure your game is fully updated, and all your mods are both fully updated and compatible with the current game version (a lot of people make the mistake of seeing there's no update for a mod and assuming it still works, when many have broken with recent patches). Do you have Better Exceptions? If not, I'd recommend removing Basemental from your game, adding BE, then running it – open the menu from the pop-up notification when you go to play the game, then click "check for conflicts". It'll tell you if any of your mods are conflicting (without Basemental in there ofc). It'll also tell you if you have any duplicate mods. I think there's also an option to check for patch compatibility, which I would suggest running just in case.
