Dear Craftworldians,
Last weekend we held a Weekend Class/Workshop in Denmark.
The topic of the Workshop was Color Harmony & Brushstroke Use.
The idea behind this topic was to have each student bring out a different character in Levin Bust. Creating narrative, storytelling and ambience with colors and brushstrokes.
Levin bust was exclusive bust for this workshop. And, the next exclusive bust is in progress for our class in Malta.
It's impossible to travel all the time and to be everywhere. When we host this classes, we do it for the Painting Community. Bringing new ideas, lessons, and inspiration. As well as meeting all the great people that follow our work, learn from us and support us.
Of course, it is hard have you all attending these workshops. So we would like to include you guys in the "behind the scene", by sharing Levin Bust work in progress photos. This bust was done before the class, and we used the step by step photos to showcase the painting idea that is to be followed.
During the class, there was a Painting demonstrations on a second Levin bust, and with our guidance, students managed to bring Levin to life, as a different characters, but also to learn something new. Painting fundamentals. How to use colors, paint and brushstrokes in expressing the ideas trough art.

There is full miniature of Levin available at Collective Studio. So if you would like to try this step by step progress in creating your own character, there is still a chance. :)
These were the results from day 1.

And, Results Day 2.

We enjoy holding this type of workshops, as with this approach we are able to reach closer to each attendant individually and upgrade their painting skills. Next to it is fun, talks, laugh and genuinely quality time with community.

Monday and Tuesday after the class, we held a private coaching on the Jackal General , Collective Studio. First day with Brad and Simon, and second day continuing with Simon only, because Brad had a flight back home. :)
It seems with tiredness and intense work, we don't have update from Monday. But here's update from Tuesday during coaching.

And here's better photo of Jackal General progress after coaching.

We are happy to share some of the updates from our travel to Copenhagen.
Due to much working hours, meeting with so many people, rain and a bit of colder weather, we both managed to catch a cold. Hopefully we will recover soon and continue with work on next lessons.
We both hope you are all doing well. We are looking forward to see more of your paintings on the Discord channel and to meet you at some events or our future classes.
Enjoy and Best wishes,
Aleksandra & Marko
