Welcome to a new tutorial & lesson, featuring Warhammer 40k Termagaunt Tyranid from the Leviatan box.
I will guide you trough the progress and the idea for the palette I created for my Tyranids, using color composition and contrast to harmonize the color scheme.
The paints used in the video are,
Scale 75 Artist Range:
- Primary Red
- Primary Blue
- Primary Yellow
- Dark Prussian
- Magenta
- Orange
- White
- Fluo : Pink & Orange

I've been following and watching your guys videos on and off for about 6 months and I'm still not really understanding. I guess I need to go back and rewatch things again. I might also just need to sign up for private coaching but in this video specifically, you guys use SO many colors but I don't know why they're being used. I think the thing I find hardest is when you move from the underpainting to layering. You guys use so many colors as your layer up and its so different from traditional layering method. Traditional layering method is adding more and more of your highlight color, but your layering method is incredibly dynamic in comparison. Many colors used
