After listening to the audio log, I realized the amount of orders I has put in. I'm worried at what my roommates are going to think when they all show up. A couple of questions for you as well. Hi Derek, firstly I want to say thanks for organising the MBE live cheki session and for being gracious to go back to those of us that had the initial problems. I’ll admit that this was my first time to use Discord so that probably didn’t help matters but I was glad when I got the second chance and that it then worked. Definitely interested in doing it again although I’d be happy to be further down the queue to give those that missed out this time a chance. I love hearing about your enthusiasm about the documentary and will try to support the Kickstarter when details are release. Excited about the MBE photo books and looking forward to ordering those and the possibility of a MBE European tour is great, although I’ve read somewhere that visa costs for licences to play concerts in the U.K. are going to be high once we leave the E.U. That might mean a tour in the U.K. could be cost prohibitive, something to consider. Got a couple of questions for you: Top 5 Japanese horror movies Top 5 recommended idol music videos Thoughts on the Psycho series, I’ve just finished a rewatch of all 4 and although the first is a classic I think the second one is not far behind. Hey Derek thanks for the shoutout in the audio post! Really it's us that should be thanking you. I had a small part in the whole thing. You had to make everything happen. In all, I'm just glad we got everything running smoothly after the first bit of technical difficulties. Next time we will for sure try and get on everyone to figure Discord out. I feel bad for people who couldn't participate. But next time will be better! It has to be. We talked at length about the Live Cheki session so I won't be a broken record here. However I want to reiterate, everyone said thanks and were very happy with how the event turned out. I think you forgot that HAMIDASYSTEM album as being one of your favorite albums. I remember when you couldn't stop talking about it haha. But maybe it was just for that time. In any case, that album was stellar. No worries on talking about something not technically idol related. This is your Patreon about you. Talk about whatever it is you want to talk about! Anyway, I'm trying not to create a long message so here's my Q&A questions for this month. Again answer as many or as little as you'd like. 1. This is a hypothetical question. If you could create a group of let's say 5 girls of what could be considered an idol "all-stars" group who would like to have in that group? This could be past or present idols. You can think of it as who would work great with one another or just your 5 favorite girls. If you'd like to go even further, you can decide the genre that group would perform as well. 2. This is another hypothetical question. If you could start a band right now, with the band giving you sole creative rights, what kind of band would you create? Obviously, you would be the guitarist in this scenario. 3. Of all the bands you played with while in FASSW who was your favorite to perform with, or rather, who was the band you were most stoked to finally see again after not playing with them for a while? I guess those are two different questions, haha. Answer how you wish. 4. Who is your favorite author? Could be a person who writes books, comics, graphic novels, or even a scriptwriter. 5. If you had a day where you had nothing to do except watch movies, what movies would absolutely need to watch in that day? Bonus: what is your favorite horror movie? (I can tell this one will be hard, which is why it is a bonus question).

The cheki session was honestly such a blast. Even with the issues in the beginning, I was having a blast. I was so thankful when you called me back once the issues were solved, so thoughtful! Thank you for translating too, as I wasn't able to study as much Japanese as I wanted + I got nervous and forgot certain words (like my age.. lol. It was so cute how they were shocked about my age honestly). The girls were so nice to me and it really felt like the in real life cheki sessions. The MBE girls are absolute angels and I'm happy I got to meet them thanks to you. It was also so lovely to see you again, I really miss you! I'm still keeping to my promise that I want a cheki together (I'll even pay, obviously!) once we are able to meet again. I'd definitely join if you were to do another online cheki session. I hope this corona situation is able to be fixed soon (I heard researchers in the city I'm from are making good process on a vaccine) because I want to go to Japan again and also see you here in Europe again. My country is slowly opening up again and in July/August small concerts (100 people) are allowed, so I hope other countries are able to do the same in a safe way. I'm looking forward to all the amazing things you put out. Once again thank you for the incredible cheki session and all the others things you do for us. Anyway here are some questions for the Q&A: 1) If you were to make a totally new group of idols from idols that are already in groups, who would you choose and why? I think it'd be fun to imagine how things could be totally different if some idols had been in a different group! 2) Is there an idol that has stopped idol activities and you would like to see make a return? 3) What is your favorite memory from the MBE online cheki session? 4) What was your first day in Japan like? Oh yeah, the cheki session. I was so looking forward to talking to the girls, an then I didn't find the button to pick up the call since I was using Discord for the 1st time. I still could bite my ass for that. But I had fun anyways, especially seeing Chihiro getting so excited when she heard "Mipo". Oh, Mipo? Mipo? And then looking for my Twitter account to show you. Soooo cute. And your callout at the end made me happy again. So now I'm praying for a next time...
