January 2023 VIP Poll

Heya VIPs, Happy new years, My new years resolution is to try and not be boring, And of course to work harder! No promises though AHAHHAHA. We have a solid setlist to start 2023 of course. Both based kinda on the Quest & the fantasy genre on the whole. Blame Elden Ring. Blame Miyazaki and George R.R. Martin. But seriously though, I'd want a fun romp through one of my favorite roulettes. I have created the Tavern recently for an experiment on what is the most appealing aspect of the Quest. The Battle System or the Event and Job class system. The quest is a beast to go through and its still a well of ideas to draw fantasy based roulettes from. Im excited to work on either but I'm pumped to work on something strong to start the year's list of roulettes. Here are the listings.

The Colosseum 

You have been captured by costumed men in armor after your spaceship crashed in the Invicta system, Where you and your crew have been turned into space gladiators, Where you need to fight various aliens and even other humans for the right to survive. Losers will be used as meat sleeves while the winners shall bask in glory and pleasures of the flesh. A sci-fi themed pvp themed roulette  

Gameplay: Very similar gameplay to the quest series. Its meant to be a battle mode where you must defeat gladiators in a tournament style format. Where it is a tree of fighters from a pool of 6 different matches that lead up to a total of 4 fights going up the ladder against the final boss. Uhh but yea hard to imagine for now but think of it as a alternate version of the quest without the hero system. Imma try to make it interesting with maybe a kinda rougelike system to make losing fun and replay better. RNG heavy though such is the life of a roulette gambler~

The Tavern 

Wake up peasant. Your lord has sold you into wenchery in a brothel tavern far, far away. That means meeting exciting new vagabonds and suffering labors befitting of an Orc's stature. Work in ye olde brothel to gain a ticket into serfhood, or even royalty depending on your clientelle. Gain gold per bedside duties you perform and working as a wench in the Tavern. Your goal is to buy your way out of slavery in a fantasy world.  

Gameplay: Classic Narrative roulette format. This time themed after a fantasy tavern where you must do odd jobs, quest and whoring to get the golden currency. But before that, You need to grind your way by getting another currency, XP. Of course, In order to get jobs that pay well. You need to level up for a basic list of job classes.   

(This may seem long but im thinking of a way to simplify it. Its been a new experiment in a RPG-Like format for a roulette with a few mechanics from the quest. But not battle oriented, You do still get railed on by fantasy creatures though, Maybe its set in the same universe!. Instead of having different races you can choose professions befitting of a tavern wench, Im curious to see how can i manage this and if its too big of an idea it might be a start of a new series)
