I often tell you that I’ve gained some weight, that it’s hard for me to accept the changes, that I miss my “former” self. But the one thing everyone seems to notice first? My boobs got bigger. Equal parts comedy and tragedy 😅

I never really dreamed of having big boobs… okay, that’s a lie. As a kid, when I was home alone, I’d slip into my mom’s heels and silk robe, let my hair down, paint my lips with her lipstick, and stick plastic toy mushrooms under the robe to pretend I had a chest. Then I’d strut happily across the room, admiring myself in the mirror.

When puberty hit, everything that was supposed to grow—did. Except my boobs 🙃 I even googled ways to make them bigger at home. I tried splashing them with cold water because some random article said it would help. Luckily, I gave up on that experiment pretty fast.

Of course, I sometimes felt insecure. But over time, I accepted them and even started to love them: small, perky, little glands that fit perfectly in a hand.

And now, at almost 30, they suddenly decided to grow a little 😅 Finally, I can find bras I actually like. Back then, shopping for lingerie used to be stressful: salesladies would try to push double or triple push-ups on me, and when I asked for something simple in my size, they’d tell me, “we don’t carry anything that small.” Honestly, I never even thought they were that tiny.

But that’s all in the past. Now I’m the proud owner of slightly bigger boobs 🥂
