Back in town

I am back from Washington. My pacemaker has been replaced and I am recovering well.
The procedure wasn't very invasive and I should be able to resume all of my usual activities within the next week or two.
My health insurance scared the bejesus out of me for the dumbest reason prior to the procedure and the surgery was delayed for a couple of hours because of it, but besides that everything went smoothly and I have a good friend I met online to thank for that. He took good care of me while I was down there.
Almost everything involving my preparations for college has been wrapped up and my in-laws left on the same day I did, so I am no longer entertaining guests either. I do still have several medical and non-medical appointments, but for the most part I don't have much to do except recover and catch up on my art. That is, unless I get hired. I had a job interview at the beginning of the month and was promised a response after they were done interviewing the other candidates. I know these people so I know I'll hear from them.
I have resumed working on one of the two detailed pieces I mentioned in a previous update.
I am hoping to take a commission soon, but I want to release one or two more general pieces first. This commission slot is already spoken for. The person I promised this slot to knows who they are.
