In the Frozen North, beyond where even the most hardy yaks will attempt to settle, a secluded group of creatures make their home in an area called Coldsnap Heights. The name leaves little to the imagination. These icy peaks are inhospitable to most forms of life due to the bitter cold, making the location the ideal roosting spot for the frost dragons, who are rather solitary and completely impervious to hypothermia.

The breath of a frost dragon is so frigid it can instantly suspend almost any living thing in a permanent stasis and render fire-breathing dragons unable to reignite their flame, ensuring their demise. But the frost dragons' attunement to ice is a double-edged sword; they are exceptionally weak to heat. Should a fire-breathing opponent decide to deploy their breath weapon first, the frost dragon's fate is decided.
