Greetings! Since there are two type of payments on Patreon, we have a question, what kind of payment schedule is easier for you?

1) classic: at the end of every month

2) new: at the start of every month

We would like to know your opinion if we should enable the feature "charge Patrons up front" (new patrons will be charged the day they become a patron, then on the 1st of the month going forward) or not since it means you may get rewards and we get payment faster.

Here is official information for example:

A patron signs up on January 5th for $10/month. On January 25th, you change your payment type so that patrons are charged up front. The patron is charged on February 1st for January patronage. On February 26th, the patron increases their pledge to $15. The patron will be charged $5 on February 26th. Then the patron will be charged $15 on March 1st for March patronage and they will continue to be charged $15 every 1st of the month thereafter until they cancel or edit their pledge.

That means if we change our payment method so that patrons are charged up front, the existing patrons are not affected, you will still be charged on November 1st for October patronage, that's to say in November you'll pay for this October in the old way. But since you will decide to make new pledge in order to remain our patron, with the new payment type you will be charged up front the moment you pledge.
