Big Green Tractor (thumbnail)

This is kind of what started it all in a sense. It's a song by Jason Aldean, and it sparked a few root ideas in my head for this entire story. One of the key pieces of imagery in my head was a big friendly brute sitting backseat in his country garb, with the smaller fella in loosened up suit and tie up front, driving the big green tractor the two of them rode.
These are the few thumbnails intended for this painting, all kind of depicting slightly different tones and emphasis on different things, ie: the top right thumbnail shows Dale leaning forward, racing the tractor as fast as he could, lost in the thrill of the ride, whereas the top left is Dale leaning back, driving slow, enjoying the scenery and company, etc.
I eventually concluded I was happiest with the bottom right thumbnail, hitting all the details and notes I want in the end.
